     DEVELOPING: The Rays are preparing to face the Angels tonight as James Shields seeks to tie the franchise record for wins at 55 by beating the current record-holder, Scott Kazmir.

    Just by starting the game, Shields will tie Kazmir’s record for starts at 144.

    No word yet on the lineup, though it’s expected to be same as the previous two days, which would be the first time this season they’ve used the same one for three straight days.
